JamMind · Iota Software
Last updated: May 2026
JamMind (“the app”) is published by Iota Software. This policy describes what data the app accesses and how it is used.
Songs, tablature, cover images you choose, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage (SwiftData). We do not operate a cloud backend for your song library.
When you use the tuner, the app accesses the device microphone to detect pitch. Audio is processed on device for tuning feedback. We do not record, store, or transmit microphone audio to our servers.
If you set a song cover image, the app may access photos you explicitly select via the system photo picker. Only the image you choose is imported into the app. We do not scan your entire photo library.
On Mac, you may import cover art from files you select. The app only reads files you choose through the system file picker.
Printing uses the system print dialog. Print data is handled by macOS or iPadOS; we do not receive a copy.
JamMind does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal data.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
